With the employer database and job exchange, enterprises can pursue personnel marketing activities on the new portal. Against a fixed monthly rate, any number of jobs can be offered which are also published in various job search engines and by partners on the web.
Applicants can view informative company profiles and thereby obtain a first impression of their potential employer. bytepark implemented the web platform as specified within a few weeks. Developments included dedicated user areas, an administration interface and a complex job search engine.
