bytepark has carried out a full-scale relaunch of the online shop of the BERLIN capital city brand. The key challenges were to optimize the ordering process, to manage the inventory of goods and to integrate different payment methods (including, for instance, PayPal, delivery against invoice, credit card).
"In view of the high level of public awareness and the popularity of our BERLIN brand, it is a logical step for us not only to open more BERLIN stores, but also to keep up with the times and to sell our products in a professional manner via the Internet," notes CEO Thomas Thiele.
An English version of the shop is additionally available to international customers beyond the city's boundaries and the popular products of the capital city brand are shipped to customers all over the world.
Every day, we see the numerous visitors to the city of Berlin carrying products bearing the BERLIN brand. To us as a Berlin-based agency, it was hence only logical to initiate the implementation of a website with an online shop linked to it and to do so together with the M.A.X. 2001 team," says Paul Nitsche, CEO and shareholder of bytepark GmbH.
